Hello, I first would like to thank you so graciously for taking the time to visit my site. My name is Raquel, I am a Reiki Master/Self-Empowerment Coach. I started my Reiki journey March of 2016 and have not looked back ever since. It has been a very awakening, deep, fulfilling journey, to say the least! Reiki came to me at a crossroad in my life where wanting and growing in a different direction was very needed. I had been in the medical field 22 years prior. Working with people, showing compassion and caring came naturally. I knew there was more out there for me to experience and learn. I instantly fell in love with Reiki and everything that comes along with it. Reiki was everything I wanted to learn, to share, to teach. I received my level one Reiki certificate May 14, 2016 and was very anxious to start working with anyone that would allow me. I was excited to share this new found gift with close friends and family. August 15, 2016 I received my level two certificate, there was definitely no turning back my love for Reiki was growing fonder by the day. March 17, 2017 I received my Reiki Master Certificate. What an amazing experience. During this whole process, I started my Reiki practice through Facebook https://www.facebook.com/THEELEMENTOFREIKI/. I have met so many wonderful people along the way, with a goal in mind of moving forward through transformational healing. Raquel is very talented! She sent me a link to play an audio on YouTube and advised when she’d reach back out to me. My first session cleared a cloud of fog around me which brought a lot of emotions as grief and other feelings came up I was able to release. She called me after and was so supportive. My second session helped clear the energy field around me so I didn’t feel as claustrophobic and heavy with depression and anxiety.
My preference when receiving energy work is to be on the phone to have that constant connection with the practitioner however Raquel sent me a helpful resource after relevant to what was coming up for me. I had a beautiful distance Reiki session with Raquel yesterday. I want to preface this by saying she was very responsive prior to the session and also accommodating as we are 8+ hours apart.
When the session began, I immediately felt the energy swirling through my chakras and felt some dense energy blocks release. The ending was the best; I felt enveloped in beautiful and supportive warmth, like a hug. Thank you so much, Raquel! - Jenn Brunner·
I went into this session after a few days of feeling really tense and stuck in a sympathetically activated, anxious state…and I honestly didn’t realize how much my body needed this.
During the session, I dropped into a level of relaxation that I truly can’t remember the last time I experienced. I felt heavy, warm, and deeply at ease. I also noticed beautiful flowing purple colours behind my eyelids and a sense of energy gently moving through my body, along with a few subtle physical releases.
Beyond the experience itself, she was incredibly kind, grounding, and easy to trust, which made it so much easier to fully settle in and receive the session.
I left feeling calmer, lighter, and with an overall sense of well-being. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to reset their nervous system and reconnect with their body! Much gratitude!💞
